Important Information

Construction Notices

  • Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for this building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025. There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer. Construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-6pm on Saturday, per Town of Telluride municipal code.
  • Due to construction, parking is limited. Please text your license plate number, state, and driver's name if you need a street parking permit.
  • In May 2025, the HOA approved a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.
